What began as a post-pandemic art project Male Tears, founded by singer-songwriter, James Edward, later evolved, or mutated, into a full fledged weirdo-pop four piece band by it’s fourth year of activity. Developed by Edward’s taste in irony, camp and erratically applied makeup, the band has been met with much praise and derision over the years, uniquely shaping every album into a pointed critique of the state of underground music and hopeless romantic foils.
